Here’s the map. Remember that this 2012 Presidential primary was uncontested given that President Obama was running, unopposed, for his second term. Overall turnout was only 14.78%. Next April’s primary may also be uncontested if Hillary Clinton wins earlier primaries and is running well ahead in Maryland’s polls.
